Welcome back to the marina

We’re delighted to welcome guests back to our waterfront resort. With private patios and balconies for fresh air, water views from every room, and open beaches to explore, the Marina Grand experience is ideal for retreat and wellbeing. To ensure the health and safety of our guests and team, we’ve made several changes to our operation.

Before You Arrive

You'll receive an email to make sure you’re feeling well and provide updates on available amenities, both at the resort and around town. On your day of arrival, we’ll send a text with steps for contact-free, curbside check-in, along with the time your room will be ready.

All suites receive a one day rest time between stays to allow for thorough cleaning. This includes sanitization of all rooms and suites with Ecolab-approved products per CDC and EPA guidelines, opening windows for added air circulation, and sanitization of all bed linens, towels, and kitchenware. Each guestroom and suite has independent air handling systems.

High-touch, smooth-surface items like visitor guides, books, games, and cookware have been removed from guestrooms and suites. During this time, we are happy to provide them upon request.

While You’re Here

Upon arrival, we'll deliver your sanitized room key to your car, along with a complimentary wellness kit with tips for keeping the resort a healthy place for all.

High-touch common areas are sanitized throughout the day. And hand sanitizer is available at all building entry points and elevators. Masks are required for guests and staff at all times while in common areas.

Guest rooms are cleaned upon check-out only. However, we’re happy to provide additional towels, bathroom supplies, or kitchen amenities at any time during your stay via contact-free delivery to your room.

Bentwood Tavern is open with limited seating for breakfast, lunch, and dinner from 8am-10pm, as well as carryout for in-room dining. At this time, the coffee market will remain closed.
