We’re delighted to welcome you to our waterfront resort. With windows that open, a private patio or balcony for fresh air, and water views from every room, the Marina Grand experience is an ideal retreat! To ensure the health and safety of our guests and team, we’ve made several changes to our operation.

Before You Arrive

If you or a member of your household have had close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 or are not feeling well, our vacation planners will be happy to assist with rescheduling your trip.

All guestrooms and suites are thoroughly cleaned prior to check-in. Enhanced cleaning protocols include sanitization with Ecolab-approved products per CDC and EPA guidelines, opening windows for added air circulation, and sanitization of all bed linens, towels, and kitchenware.

We provide detailed and ongoing COVID-19 health and safety training to our employees, including:
• Personal hygiene education, such as thorough hand washing, use of provided alcohol-based hand rubs, and proper use of PPE.
• Self-monitoring for signs and symptoms of COVID-19 and procedures for employees to report symptoms of COVID-19.
• Routine cleaning and disinfecting of public and back-of-house surfaces and equipment.

While You’re Here

Upon arrival, you will receive your sanitized room key, along with tips for keeping the resort a healthy place for all.

Guestrooms and suites have independent air handling systems, plus windows that open. Our pools and restaurants also have windows to allow fresh air circulation.

Enjoy convenient carry-out dining in your room from our waterfront Bentwood Tavern restaurant or Joe coffee market.

High-touch common areas are sanitized regularly. For your comfort and safety, guest rooms are cleaned upon request or check-out only. We are happy to provide additional towels, bathroom supplies, or kitchen amenities at any time during your stay via contact-free delivery to your room.

Remote or curbside check-in and check-out are available upon request.
